Singer Dino Jelusick, Joins Forces w/ Bumblefoot & Derek Sherinian In New Band 'Whom Gods Destroy'


A video message was posted on Derek Sherinian's Social Media Nov 26 , 2023 saying singer Dino Jelusick has joined forces with former Sons of Apollo guitarist Bumblefoot and Keyboardist Derek Sherinian to form a new band called 'Who Gods Destroy'

According to posts on social media it would seem that the trio are working on a new album together



Sons of Apollo was an American progressive metal super group formed in 2017 and composed of drummer Mike Portnoy, bassist Billy Sheehan, keyboardist Derek Sherinian, vocalist Jeff Scott Soto, and guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal.


In an interview with We Go To 11 on October 13, 2023, Thal (Bumblefoot) claimed that the band had broken up, claiming, "When the pandemic hit, not everybody was on board to keep moving it forward and doing more with it. [...] I hope everybody enjoyed it. Past tense


Dino Jelusick (Dino Jelusić) is a Croatian rock singer, musician, and songwriter. He was the founder, principal songwriter and lead singer of hard rock band Animal Drive, which was formed in 2012. and dissolved in 2020. Besides working on several hard rock and metal projects, since 2016 Dino became permanent member of American rock band Trans-Siberian Orchestra. He also worked with Gus G., Mike Mangini, George Lynch, Will Hunt, Michael Romeo, Jeff Scott Soto, Joel Hoekstra, Steve Smyth, Jon Oliva, Kip Winger, John Macaluso, Deen Castronovo, Phil Demmel, Mike Portnoy, Henrik Linder, Justin Johnson, Tony Franklin, Kyle Hughes, Virgil Donati, Kiko Loureiro, Jordan Rudess, David Coverdale, Tommy Aldridge, Reb Beach, Michele Luppi, Lachy Doley and others.
