“I've always wanted to write this song. Japan plays a very special role in my life because I had my first No.1 there with Pink Cream 69 and they always treated me incredibly well. I wanted to set a monument to Japan and finally had the right idea for the lyrics. Because 'Tokyo' is catchier than 'Japan' when sung, the city in this song stands for a whole country that is very important to me.” - Andi Deris (Vocals)

The reunited expanded classic lineup of German power metallers HELLOWEEN will release its new album,.

The band states: "We locked ourselves in a studio, summoned some giants, wrestled a few monsters, and somehow came out with a brand-new album: 'Giants & Monsters'. (It also smells like victory and possibly dragon breath.)
