Feb 2, 2025 Kerry King and his band performed at the Olympia Theater in Montreal, Quebec, Canada with opening acts Municipal Waste (USA) and Alien Weaponry (New Zealand), to a crowd of about 2500.

Metalheads were in full force on a Sunday night to experience SLAYER's co-founder guitarist Kerry King's all star solo band featuring; Paul Bostaph (SLAYER),bassist Kyle Sanders (HELLYEAH), guitarist Phil Demmel (formerly of MACHINE HEAD) and Mark Osegueda (DEATH ANGEL) on vocals.
The set list consisted of a good mix of material from Kerry Kings' debut solo album "From Hell I Rise", the Slayer years, as well as two Iron Maiden cover songs from the Paul Di'Anno era. This veteran band proved that not only can they do justice to the Slayer back catalog but their current music is just as relevant and exciting and should be played.
Highlight of the night was Death Angel frontman Mark Osegueda now lead singer for Kerry King who proved he had the goods to front a top shelf band with this rough and tough stage presence and dynamic vocal chops.
It should be noted that Kerry King's band felt more like a cohesive force then some sort of super band that was put together that would last one year.
An excellent performance . The fans ate it all up from the beginning to the end of the set and cheered heavy for the the two Iron Maiden covers as they band paid homage to the recent passing of Paul Di'anno. Bottom line a must see show. Sure we lost Slayer but this band just as powerful.
