When asked what he was doing in regards to The Dead Daisies
"We are we're off this year. Basically we just needed to take a take some time for family and basically get off the road for a minute, you know give a little space. We got a couple little surprises we're working on, but probably nothing's going to be announced till later in the year. But um next year where we got tour dates, so and maybe some new music. We'll see."
When asked if he is writing any music
" I basically write I'm in a writing mode right now where. I'm just really enjoying the time home, the free time at home to just get deep into some different things. And basically, you know, like when I'm writing, I'm not just sitting there going, I need a riff for the Daisies. I'm like, what what do I feel? What I'll play something like, wow, I like those chords. And I'll get a little melody. I'll put it down. And it's really therapeutic."
