Anthrax performed a upbeat lightning set alongside Megadeth supporting Iron Maiden on September 3, 2026. The show was held outdoors at Parc Jean-Drapeau where Heavy Montreal used to be, giving the massive heavy metal lineup an open-air mini-festival atmosphere.
The Band preformed their greatest hits along with a new track 'It's for the Kids', off of their upcoming studio album Cursum Perficio.
The highlight of the set were the Songs 'Metal Thrashing Mad', the song that put the band on the map in Montreal off of their debut Fistful of Metal. And the crowd pleaser 'Got the Time' off of their 5th album Persistence of Time.
